This is an Earth featuring tribal cannibals where Wade recovers from the Q infection she contracted on the previous world. While she's recovering, Quinn, Arturo, and Rembrandt protect her from the dangerous locals until the time has come for the next slide.
Differences from Earth Prime[]
This San Francisco differs greatly from Earth Prime's in that it appears far less developed and is inhabited by tribal cannibals. The point of divergence is unknown but considering how vastly different the two cultures are, one can assume it happened far enough in the past to give time for such starkly different development.
